JOB DESCRIPTION  JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Product Manager, LE Organisation : Lighting, China Department/Unit : Marketing Location : Shanghai Reports to : Senior Business Development Manager Main purpose of the role Drive grow the business of Fluo. gear in China with good understanding of market demand and the requirements from stake holders. Initiate and manage product portfolio of the product line in China by translating market demand to product ideas in accordance with the Strategy Plan. Secure market competitiveness/contribution margin and minimum sales per product type within assigned portfolio Define the specification of each individual product of the portfolio through structured surveys in close coordination with key channel before starting the project. Coordinate with Regional product manger and GBU eFluo and GBU EM to develop and release new products. Review progress and initiate corrective actions if/where needed for assigned portfolio. Provide supports to sales team on product technical expertise, application knowledge, product and application training, presentations for key accounts/projects seminars, etc. Support segment marketing team in developing relevant product portfolio and value proposition that fulfil the professional end-users’ insight. 2.
