At this situation, Traditional Cost Management approaches have completely outmoded, enterprises do not need the cost management which only focuses on financial factors, but demand the cost management which can thoroughly understand, control and improve cost structure and cost activity from the strategy angle, so that they can obtain long-term competition advantages.
