By learning this lesson,students can learn something about the American school system and school life and compare the differences between American school system Chinese school system.Thus it can improve their ability of reading ,analyzing and speaking. The analysis of the students’ situation: Students of this stage are quick in thought and they are eager to show what they know and they have certain ability to read .But they are lack of vocabulary to describe a city vividly and clearly.Most of the students are afraid to talk in public, so the class atmosphere is not very easy.
