甜草化学成分的研究 刘文基 李厚金* (中山大学化学与化工学院，广州，510275) 摘要 甜草是我国南方的一种民间草药。本文对采集于江西赣南的甜草化学成分进行了系统研究。用95%的乙醇浸泡提取，用柱层析，薄层层析，以及重结晶的方法分离提纯甜草中的化学成分。低极性成分的组成和含量通过GCMS分析确定，中等极性组分主要运用柱色谱法进行了分离、纯化,得到4个纯化合物，脂肪酸，谷甾醇和2个三萜类化合物，化合物结构通过紫外光谱法，红外光谱法，质谱法，核磁共振等实验综合解析确定。同时对得到的三萜化合物进行了药理测试。 关键词：甜草，化学成分，三萜 Abstract Oldenlandia cantonensis How is one of folk medicine in south of china.
