本科生毕业论文（设计） 基于Inventor的桑塔纳2000型汽车5MT变速箱建模与装配仿真 2013 Annual Graduation Thesis (Project) of the College Undergraduate Based on Inventor of santana 2000 car 5 mt gearbox modeling and assembly simulation Department: Mechanical Engineering Department, College of Engineering Major: Mechanical Engineering and Automation Grade: 2009 Student’s Name: linfei zhou Student No.: 200903050613 Tutor: hao wu (assistant) June, 2013 摘 要 目前单个零部件已经实现了生产自动化、集成化，实现了高效率低成本的目标，但是装配技术还无法满足生产自动化、集成化的需求，因此数字化装配技术应运而生，更受到了学术界和工业界的广泛关注。数字化装配技术是指在计算机系统中建立具有物理性能产品零件的数字化模型，并对这些模型进行装配，以便在产品的研制过程中及时进行静态干涉检测，可拆卸性检查和可维护性检查等，以此尽快发现错误，并及时修改。 现在汽车作为人们生活中最重要的交通工具之一，汽车性能的好坏直接影响人们生命财产安全，然而变速箱在汽车动力分配环节占有重要地位，变速箱的好坏直接影响了汽车的性能。所以本文主要针对桑塔纳2000型手动汽车变速箱，运用Inventor建立数字化模型，并对数字化模型进行虚拟装配，制作装配动画及运动仿真；对装配结果进行静态干涉检测；可拆卸性检查。对检测结果进行分析，增强对汽车变速箱的认识，为提高汽车变速箱的性能提供参考。同时进一步深化对数字化装配技术的研究。 关键词：数字化；Inventor；装配；干涉；拆卸；桑塔纳 ABSTRACT Currently a single component has realized the production automation, integration, implementation of high efficiency low cost goal, but the assembly technology is unable to meet the needs of production automation, integration, digital assembly technology arises at the historic moment, therefore, more attention by the academia and industry. Digital assembly technology refers to the computer system to build a digital model of the physical properties of the product parts, and assembly of these model, so that in the product development process in a timely manner the static interference detection, removable sex inspected and maintainability, etc., to the discovery of the error as soon as possible, and changes in a timely manner. Automobile now as one of the most important transportation tool in peoples life, the car performance is good or bad directly affect people life and property safety, however, occupies an important position in the transmission of power distribution in, the stand or fall of transmission directly affects the performance of the car.
