吉林财经大学 毕业论文 大学生就业问题的经济学分析 学 院 经济学院 专业班级 经济学0823班 学生姓名 闫秀丽 学 号 0501082341 指导教师 韩艳红 职 称 讲师 二 ○ 一 二 年 四 月 摘 要 大学生是国家的宝贵资源，是社会充满活力、富于创造性的群体。从20世纪90年代开始的大学扩招政策的变革促进了高等教育公平，同时大学生数量也迅速增加，就业压力不断加大，就业难成为热点话题，随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入，大学生就业由计划经济时代的统一分配逐步转变为市场调节下的自主择业，大学生就业难的问题这时就更凸显出来，成为一个日益突出的社会问题。引起就业难有多方面原因，在经济学角度包括社会、高校、学生本身等。要解决这个问题，需要各方努力，在此仅提供以下几个建议，为毕业大学生找到自己相对满意且合适的工作提供切实有效的引导建议。对于完善大学生就业市场、促进社会和谐发展具有重大的现实意义。 关键词 大学生就业 供需失衡 信息不对称 产业结构 经济发展方式 Abstract College students are valuable resources of the country, and are the social dynamic, creative group. Since the 1990s, the change of university recruitment policy for higher education has promoted fair education.at the same time, the number of college graduates is also expanding rapidly, the employment pressure is increasing ,difficult employment has become a hot topic.As the more deep reform of socialistic market economic system in our country, college students employment is changing from the unity of the distribution in the planned economy to the self-dependent career choice in the market economy,at this time the problem of college students employment is more obvious, and becomes an increasingly prominent social problem. Difficult employment is caused by many factors, which include the society,universities, students themselves ,etc, as far as the economics concerned . To solve this problem, everyone should do their part, I would provide several suggestions for graduated students to find themselves relatively satisfied and appropriate jobs,which has significant practical significance of improving college students employment market and promoting the harmonious development of the society.
