國立屏東科技大學森林系碩士班專題討論報告 臺灣海岸防風工程案例分析及防風定砂之植生方法 Taiwan coast wind control project case analysis and the root of fangfeng make planting the method of catching of sand 學生：許建德 By：Chine-Te Hsu 指導教授：陳慶雄 副教授 Adviser：Ching-Hsiung Chen 中華民國九十四年十二月十日 December 10,2005 摘 要 台灣現有的防風設施仍以防風林為最佳，對於景觀、環境、微氣候有正面的效果，然防風林雖為治本良方，但樹苗生長較緩，在惡劣的環境下補植率及維護成本較高，且初期需要其他工程構造物之配合；工程構造物雖可立竿見影，收致實效，惟構造物之材質、排列、透風率等設計對其防風效果影響很大。為有效研究構造物之防風機制，期能增大背風面保護範圍和尾流區內之氣流速度，為防風之目的。本文分析傳統式之堆砂籬、防風籬、防風林，並以深入分析國內外常用防風構造物之機制，包括防風牆、防風網及防風柵工程構造物。是以，台灣海岸地區經常飛砂瀰漫，而砂丘移動除對作物產生劇烈機械破壞作用外，尤以每年冬季季風期間，飛砂與鹽風之作用致使村舍埋沒，農作物生長受損、死亡，並嚴重影響當地之生活環境品質。再者，近年來由於氣候變遷以及多起的強颱由東部進入，更造成河海岸地形之嚴重破壞，自然植被逐漸消失、裸露地增多；Abstract Still in case the wind forest is best for existing the root of fangfeng facilities in Taiwan, have result of front to the view, environment, little climate, but the good recipe of although in order to get a permanent cure the windbreak, the sapling grows slower, mend the planting rate and safeguard the cost relatively tallly under the abominable environment, and need other projects to construct the cooperation of the thing in initial stage; Project construct although thing can get instant result, is it cause actual effect, only material to construct thing, arrange, not ventilative to is it is it exert a tremendous influence to their the root of fangfeng result to design to lead to charge. Construct the the root of fangfeng mechanism of the thing for effective research, issue can increase leeward pieces of protection domain and tail flow speed of air current of district, it is a purpose of the root of fangfeng. This text analyses piling sand hedge, the root of fangfeng hedge, windbreak of traditional type, and by analysing in depth the mechanism of constructing the thing of domestic and international daily the root of fangfeng, including construct things in fire wall, the root of fangfeng network and the root of fangfeng bar project.
