In the high-speed economic development, international exchange frequent today, Hunan agricultural products also towards the world. But because of various agricultural products in Hunan province the diversification of enterprises, small scales, disorder of industrial structure, exports of agricultural products quality is not high, and so on reasons, causes of Hunan provinces exports of agricultural products in the international competition at a disadvantage. In this article, through comparing analysis about the present situation of agricultural product export trade of Hunan province, to analyze the problems, and the development direction of agricultural products and increase the export of Hunan province, puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures to enhance international competition. Key words:agricultural products; exports; the problems; countermeasures从古代开始，一直延续到今天，农业始终是我国的基础产业。现如今，在产业国际化的今天，我国俨然成为了农产品出口强国。素有“鱼米之乡”的湖南省在对外农产品出口方面也做出了巨大的贡献。湖南省的地理位置好，气候适宜，非常适合种植各种农产品，同时本土农产品品种十分丰富，农产品产量基数也非常之大。虽然，湖南农产品在全国农产品生产方面，扮演着重量级的角色，但是湖南农产品对外贸易量与本土的生产量却十分不相称。在2010至2012年间，我省农产品出口总值在全国排名始终排在第27位，基本没有什么大的跳动。但观黑龙江，已从
