The idea of using industrial engineering and concept, to improve the plant production the scene, machine efficiency, reduce the production of operation cost as purpose, combining theory with practice, focus on the industrial engineering of the time study, program analysis, operation analysis, production line balancing, logistics facilities planning methods and ideas is introduced into the production site management improvement process, comprehensive and integrated industrial engineering and production line on site management. Using IE views and theory and technology, enterprise find the correct way of reform and maximum economic benefits in an effective way.
