We shall participate in the CET-band 4 this semester. be going to do 结构：表示决定、打算要做某事，或有迹象表明即将发生、可能出现什么情况： Look at the cloud! It is going to rain. There is going to be a meeting tomorrow afternoon. 比较 be going to do 与 will do: Will 强调主观愿望，时间上没有限制；be going to 强调客观，通常显示迹象，因此很快就会发生： He will get better. (希望或认为会好起来，但不是马上。） He is going to get better. (他的病就要好了，有恢复的迹象。） be going to强调事先考虑， will 则没有： Why did you tear the paper into pieces? I’m going to rewrite it. It is really a big stone. I’ll help you to move it. be going to 可以用在条件状语从句中表示将来,而 will 不能. If you are going to attend the meeting, you’d better leave now. be + 不定式表示计划、安排，或征求意见： Am I to take over his work? 我是否要接管他的工作? The highway is to be opened in May. There is to be a moon tonight. (错！有无月亮非人力所 能为。） There is going to be a moon tonight. （对！） be about to do 表示即将发生的动作，不能与表示未来时间的状语连用： The talk is about to begin. The talk is about to begin soon. ( 错！) 现在进行时表将来：某些动词的现在进行时可以表示按计划将要发生的事，如： come, go, leave, start, arrive, stop, end, begin, return, move等。 We are leaving for Shanghai tomorrow afternoon. Where are you going? I’m going to school. 将来进行时 shall / will be doing 1. 表示将来某个时刻正在进行的或持续的动作 What will you be doing this time tomorrow? I’ll be taking my holiday soon. 2. 用来代替一般将来时，表示一种事先安排和计划；用来询问比一般将来时更显礼貌。 The minister will be giving a lecture on current affairs. When shall we be meeting again? Will you be coming to the dancing party? 将来进行时 shall / will be doing 3. 表示某种推测，有“我料想，我估计”的含义。 She will be telling you about it tonight. You will be making a mistake. 4. 表示将来动作的情景，使语言生动、形象，富于感情色彩。 We shall be thinking of you during the days you are away. It will be snowing hard before we get there. 将来完成时 will / shall have done 表示
