万州区工业生产效率评价及提升路径研究 Wanzhou district industrial production efficiency evaluation and ascension path 摘要：经过改革开放三十多年的发展，粗放式经济增长已经越来越受到我国资源短缺、环境 污染等客观因素的限制。如何在无需大幅牺牲增长速度的前提下实现经济发展方式的转变，已成为当前迫切需要解决的一个问题；另外，区域差距与贫富差距也已成为社会关注的焦点。显然，这些问题的解决都有赖于经济结构的成功转型。2011年12月国务院正式发布了《工业转型升级规划》，它既关系到我国经济发展方式的转变，又关系到全面建成小康社会目标的实现。在这种背景下，每个省区根据自身所处的发展阶段及各行业的发展情况，选择并培育适合本区域的主导产业，无疑是解决以上问题的关键。[1] 文章的探讨根据提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路展开。基于本文的实证分析结论，本文认为要提高工业生产效率，提高产品的质量与服务。 关键字：生产效率；效率测量；工业结构；产业创新；提升路径 Abstract In the 30 years development since reform and opening,extensive economic growth has been more and more be shortage of the objective factors such as resources and environmental pollution in our country.How does not need to sacrifice growth sharply under the premise of realizing the change of the pattern of economic development has become an urgent need to solve a problem;In addition,the regional gap and the gap between rich and poor has become the focus of social attention.Obviously,the solution of these problems depends on the success of the economic structure transformation.In December 2011, the state council formally issued the transformation and upgrading of industrial planning,it is related to change the way of economic development in our country,to achieve the goals of relationship to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In this context,each provinces according to their own stage of development and the development of the industry,select and cultivate is suitable for the leading industry, this region is the key to solve the above problems. The article discussed according to ask questions, analyze problems, to solve the problem. Based on the empirical analysis of this article conclusion, this paper holds that to improve the efficiency of industrial production, improve product quality and service.
