摘要 矿用提升机是矿山大型机械之一，同时也是矿山提升设备的重要组成部分。提升机主要用于井下和地面之间的联系，以及各种重物的升降和输送。它的好坏是煤炭生产过程的关键，因此对于提升机的设计及选择要给予高度的重视。目前，国内外经常使用的提升机有单缠绕式提升机和多绳摩擦式提升机。 提升机主要由电动机、减速器、主轴、滚筒等部分组成,各部分之间分别由联轴器联接。电动机是动力源,减速器是传动系统,滚筒为执行和控制部分,其中以减速器的设计最为重要。本次设计讲述了单绳缠绕式提升机传动系统的设计，主要包括减速器和主轴的设计，及联轴器和电机的选择。通过对单绳缠绕式提升机结构的了解，主要从以下几个方面进行设计： 1.设计提升机前的一些相关的数据计算，如：提升容器和钢丝绳的规格选择； 2.提升机减速器的设计及计算； 3.提升机主轴的设计及计算； 4.联轴器、电动机的选择计算。 关键词：缠绕式，提升机，减速器，主轴 Abstract Mine hoist is one of mine large-scale machinery ，and is an important part of mining lifting equipment . It mainly used for the link between underground and ground , and used in the rise or fall and transport of various kinds of heavy objects . Its quality is the key to coal production process .so we should give the high value for the design and choose of mine lift . At present , The hoist what is often used at home and abroad is Single winding pattern lift machine and Many hoist rope friction type . The lifting machine is mainly made up of motor , decelerator , spindle cylinder and so on. It is linked by the shaft coupling respectively between every part. The motor is the power source , the decelerator is a transmission, the cylinder , in order to carry out and control some, among them the design of the decelerator is the most important .This design what tells us the project process about transmission system design of single winding pattern lift machine mainly includes the design of reducer and spindle，and choice Coupling and motor。Through coil type ascens machine’s structure is understanded ,mainly from the following several aspects to design : 1 the relevant data calculation before Design the hoist，Such as: promote containers and the wire rope specifications’ choice; 2 the reducer design and calculation of hoist 3The project and compute of hoist’s spindle 4 the choice and count of coupling and motor Keyword: Coil type The ring Lifting Decelerator?
