西北政法大学 本 科 生 毕 业 论 文 题目：未成年人犯罪心理及预防 区 队： 姓 名：____ ____ 学 号：___ _____ 专 业：___治安学__ _ _ 指导教师：___ ____ 指导成绩：_______________ 答辩成绩：_______________ 综合成绩：_______________ 年 月 日【摘 要】改革开放以来，未成年人犯罪问题的日益严重，一直是个不容回避的严峻现实，为全社会所关注。我国党和政府一贯高度重视未成年人犯罪问题。党中央要求全党必须高度重视未成年人的教育问题，尤其是预防未成年人犯罪问题。强调这是关系到我们党和国家的前途，关系到我们民族兴衰的大问题未成年人犯罪已经成为社会关注程度最高的问题之一 ，《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》和《中华人民共和国预防未成年人犯罪法》中指出：“预防未成年犯罪应结合未成年人不同年龄的生理、心理特点，加强对未成年人的法制教育，心理娇治和预防犯罪的对策”。坚持实行“教育、感化、挽救”的方针，提出有针对性的建议和对策，有效的预防未成年人犯罪，从而促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。 【关键词】未成年；未成年人犯罪心理; 犯罪成因;预防与矫治 【Abstract】With the implement of the reform and opening-up policy, the problem of the juvenile delinquency has become increasingly serious. This is an unavoidably severe issue which has been paid close attention to by the Party. Our Party and the government have consistently placed great emphasis on the issue of the juvenile delinquency. The Party Central Committee requires the attention on the education of the juveniles, especially the precautions against the crime problem of that particular group of people. This issue is highly related to the prospect of Our Party and our country, and it also relates to the important matter of the rise and decline of our nation. This issue has turned to one of the highly concerned problems among the society. Law of the Peoples Republic of China on the Protection of Minor and Law of the Peoples Republic of China on the Prevention of juvenile delinquency point out that: In order to enhance the education of legal system, guarantee the psychological health, and prevent the juvenile crimes, the precautions against the juvenile delinquency should take into consideration the physical and psychological characters of juveniles of different ages. The policy of “education, reform, rehabilitation” must be consistently stick to, and the proposal offered should be targeted to prevent the juvenile delinquency to promote the construction of the harmonious society. 【Keyword】Minors; minor
