Ed. ) Jul. 2007 6株野生植物内生放线菌防病促生作用的初步研究 * 梁亚萍,宗兆锋,马 强 (西北农林科技大学 植物保护学院,陕西省农业分子生物学重点实验室,陕西杨凌 712100) [摘 要] 为了寻找具有内生习性的植病生防放线菌,从采自秦岭的 14 种野生植物中分离得到 29 株内生放线 菌,对其进行了皿内拮抗试验、发酵液抑菌试验和温室防病促生试验。结果发现, 有 6 株菌表现出显著的抑菌活性, 其中菌株 SF1 对粉红聚端孢、SF4对苹果炭疽菌、SF20 对灰葡萄孢均有较强的抑制作用; 菌株 SG2 的代谢产物具有 很高的抑菌活性,其发酵滤液对茄链格孢的抑菌圈直径达到 35 mm;菌株 SG2 对温室番茄早疫病的防治效果达到 89. 72% ,菌株 SF4 对黄瓜白粉病的温室防效达到 89. 61% , 菌株 SF20 对番茄和黄瓜具有明显的促生作用。可见, 从 野生植物中分离具有内生习性和抑菌作用的放线菌, 直接用于生物防治是可行的。 [关键词] 野生植物;内生放线菌; 生物防治;促生作用 [中图分类号] S476+ . 19 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1671 9387( 2007) 07 0131 06 Inhibiting and promoting effect on plants of six strains endophytic actinomycetes isolated from wild plants LIANG Ya ping, ZONG Zhao feng, M A Qiang ( Col le ge of P lan t Pr ot ect ion , N or thw e st A F Univ ersi ty , S haanx i K ey L abor atory of Molecular Biology f or A gr icu lture , Yang ling , S haanx i 712100, China) Abstract: In order to f ind new endophy tic actinomycetes fo r biolog ical cont rol, tw enty nine strains of endophyt ic act inimycetes w er e isolated f rom surface sterilized plant t issues har vested f rom QinLing . The isolates had been assayed fo r antag onist ic act iv ity, fermentation act ivity in vitr o and g reenhouse experi ment . T he r esults indicated that SF1 str ain had signif icant inhibit ing ef fect on T richothecium ro seum , SF4 on Col letot ri chum gloeosp or ioid es and st rain SF20 on Botry tis cinerea. The fermentat ion filt rate o f SG2 me tabolites w as detected to have stronger antagonism against Al ter naria solani , and inhibit ing zone got 35 mm. In greenhouse experimemt , 89. 72% contro l rat io to A . solani, and 89. 61% to Sp haerotheca f uliginea were found by st rain SG2 and SF4, respect iv ely , and st rain SF20 could promote the g row th of tomato and cucumber.
