摘 要 本文先从掌上游戏机的发展历程和前景作一简要略述，通过对现有产品的了解，以及现代人对掌上游戏机的要求，设计了一个掌上游戏机的外壳模型，进而设计了一个外壳模具。 此外壳模具为一模两腔结构。模具为单分型面，并且出于对制件外观的考虑，分型面处于外表面。浇注系统采用平衡式注料，使熔体同时进入各型腔，并选用标准模架，有利于降低模具设计和制造的难度。由于制件较小，没有设计专门的冷却槽和排气孔。 关键词： 掌上游戏机 模具 设计 Abstract The paper first handhold game development process and prospects for a brief outline, through the understanding of existing products, as well as the requirements of modern people on the handheld game consoles, handheld game console designed a shell model, then design a shell mold.
