In the future the motor vehicle insurance business competition will be the service competition, the customer to the car insurance service, like the processing effectiveness, the service attitude and so on will have a higher expectation. Decides damages the work is the service important window, if the Insurance company wants to enhance damages the adjustment service surely the speed and the quality, the establishment services brand, strives for more customers by this, creates a bigger benefit, must to existing damage pattern line of research, the revision, the simplification surely.
