二、教学设计
4、设计思路:
1)运用情境教学法讲故事整体切入,保证故事的整体性。
故事的完整性是进行故事理解和分析的基础和前提。运用多媒体课件、图片以及教师的生动语言进行情境的创设,最大限度地还原故事的本来面貌,给学生对该故事理解的整体感观,为更深入地理解故事,体会人物性格打下基础。
2)语篇教学离不开阅读策略和方法的渗透和指导。
在教学过程中,充分挖掘各种机会,对学生的阅读进行方法和策略的指导。采取速读、默读、大声朗读、分角色读,演一演,练一练,猜一猜等多种多样的方式,提高学生阅读的兴趣和效率。

? To elicit Mr Smith and guess his job.(老师在黑板上画出简笔画;茅草房,进行背景介绍。)
T: Long long time ago, there was an old house. An old man lived in this house .He was Mr. Smith.
(出示多媒体Mr. Smith以及鞋子数双)
Can you guess what Mr. Smith’s job was?
② Learn the word ‘shoemaker’, drill it group by group. (老师将事先准备的Mr. Smith的彩色图片贴到茅草房左边的窗户位置。)
③ Ask and answer.
T:What did the shoemaker do everyday?
④ Chant ‘Made shoes everyday’ (TPR多媒体呈现)

T: Boys and girls ,Mr Smith made shoes on Monday…. so how do you think of him?

T: Anything surprising?
T:Wow! Guess what? One day something new, something special something surprising really happened. Do you want to know?
