摘 要 在立式车床工作时，立式车床通过横梁的提升来实现刀架在垂直方向的运动。本设计是根据设计任务书的要求对C5225型立式车床的横梁提升箱进行结构设计计算。横梁提升箱的设计主要包括三方面的设计，即：首先，根据设计任务书所给的技术参数和结构要求，确定其它有关的运动参数，选定各传动轴的转速值；通过分析比较，选择传动方案；确定齿轮齿数；绘制传动系统图。其次，根据电动机功率，各传动轴及各传动件的计算转速，初定轴的直径、齿轮模数；装配草图完成后要验算传动件（传动轴、齿轮、滚动轴承）的刚度、强度或寿命。最后，完成运动设计和动力设计后，要将传动方案“结构化”，设计横梁提升箱装配图及零件图，侧重进行传动组件、变速机构、箱体、密封与润滑、传动轴的设计。 关键词：立式车床；传动；提升箱 ABSTRACT while the vertical lathe is working, it achieve the movement of knife rest in the vertical direction through the beams lifting. The design is the structural design and calculation of C5225 vertical lathes beam ascending box based on the design specification requirements. The design of beam ascending box mainly includes three aspects, namely, firstly, determine other relevant motion parameters and select rotate speed of each drive shaft; choose transmission scheme through analysis and comparison; determine the pinion gear; draw the transmission system diagram based on design specification requirements of the technical parameters and structure requirements. Secondly, preliminarily determine axis diameter and module of gear according to motor power and the calculation speed of drive shaft and driving medium; checking driving mediums stiffness strength and life, such as, drive shaft, gear, rolling bearing after completion of assembly sketches. Lastly, driving scheme will be structured after completing movement design and power design, also need to design the assembly drawing and parts drawing of beam ascending box, especially the design of driving medium, gear shifting mechanism, box, drive shaft, seal and lubrication.
