毕业设计（论文） 题 目 公共服务供给多元化与社会组织 培育研究—以ZS市为例 公共服务供给多元化与 社会组织培育研究 ----以ZS为例 摘 要 随着时代的进步和社会的发展，经济生活水平不断提高，人们对公共服务的需求也日益增长。现阶段，怎样提升公共服务水平和提供更多更好的公共服务来满足人们日益增长的需要，已经成为了我国政府面临的重要课题。然而，在我们现实生活中，公共服务的供给主要还是依靠政府，公共服务多元化供给的发展仍不乐观。倘若能打破由政府单一提供公共服务的状态，引导私营部门及社会组织等多方力量参与到公共服务的供给中来，才能为人们带来更多公共服务的选择机会。近年来，社会组织逐步萌芽并迅速发展壮大，这种趋势的出现必定能推动和加快公共服务供给主体多元化的进程。也即是说，培育和发展社会组织已成为实现公共服务供给主体多元化的关键。针对这一现实要求，本文将以社会组织为重点分析对象，参考国内外的研究理论，仔细分析我国社会组织的发展现状，着重讨论社会组织的发展与公共服务多元化供给的关系、作用及影响，探讨发展多元化公共服务供给的有效途径，以实现公共服务供给主体多元化体系的构建。 关键词：公共服务；供给多元化；社会组织；ZS The public service supply diversified and social organization cultivation research: To Zhongshan as an example Abstract As the times progress and society advances, economic living standards have continuously improved, people’s demands for public services have kept rising. At this stage, how to raise the level of public service, and provide more and better public services to meet people’s increasing demand, it has become an important issue for Chinese government.
