毕业设计（论文） 悬臂式冲孔模具设计 教学单位：机电工程学院 专业名称：机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号：2011100202033 学生姓名：杨剑邦 指导教师：倪利勇（副教授） 指导单位：机电工程学院 完成时间：2015年5月5日 电子科技大学中山学院教务处制发 悬臂式冲孔模具设计 摘要 模具工业是现代工业的基础产业，是我国现代工业的基础产业之一，对我国经济的持续快速健康发展起着不可或缺的作用。发展世界领先的模具加工制造技术和扩大模具工业的规模经济效已经成为我国发展现代工业的一个迫不及待的步伐。模具工业在现在市场经济中的作用越来越受到了人们的广泛关注，各个行业都加紧步伐把业务延伸到模具上来。例如现代经济中的汽车、飞机、高速列车制造、建筑设备、电器、五金等各类各行业几乎都相应地建立了自己专属的模具生产部门，组建了相应的具有一定规模的模具设计生产制造基地。在生活中，见到的任何东西都几乎靠模具生产出来。模具工业对国民经济和社会的发展，起着不可或缺的作用。? 本课题设计就是在AutoCAD平台上对悬臂式冲孔模具进行设计及二维图形绘制。在设计过程中，通过了解和掌握冲压模具材料及悬臂式冲孔模具设计的有关知识，主要完成了模具的工作零件、定位零件、导向零件和装配零件的设计，并利用AutoCAD软件进行二维图形及装配过程的设计。 在设计的过程中，掌握了冲压模具的基本设计过程和设计要领，并了解了冲压模具的成型原理，及AutoCAD和Pro/E等工具图形软件的实体建模、装配建模、制图基础、工作过程图形设计等各个环节的基本操作规则及运用方法，完成模具的整体设计。 关键词：模具；工艺分析；零件设计；模具设计；Pro/E；AutoCAD Cantilever Punching Mold Design Abstract The mould industry is the basic industry of modern industry, is one of the basic industries of our country modern industry, plays an important role on the sustained and healthy development of national economy in our country.The development of the worlds leading mold manufacturing technology and expand the economies of scale of the mold industry has become a point of promoting the development of modern industry in our country.Effect of mould industry in the modern market economy increasingly attracted peoples attention, more and more industries are increasingly extended to the business to mold.For example, in modern economy, automobile manufacturing, aircraft, high-speed train construction equipment, electrical appliances, hardware etc. all kinds of industry almost accordingly derived their special mold production department, set up corresponding industry mold manufacturing base.On the national economic and social development of the mould industry, plays an increasingly important role.
