摘　 要 基于Web的自动化办公系统的设计与实现 由于信息量的增加，是计算机已经变得普及化，各种先进的技术已经被运用到各个企业当中。传统的企业内信息的交流方式早已不能满足企业对大量信息的快速传递与处理的需求，办公自动化管理系统[1]的产生满足了企业的办公网络化、自动化的管理需求，提高了企业内部的管理水平，进而全面提升了企业在市场竞争中的综合竞争力。 办公自动化不仅。。，。，，。。可以将诸如信息采集、统计查询等功能与业务关联。，企业领导的管理和决策。本系统是以Windows系统为操作平台，用JAVA编程语言在STRUTS框架HIBERNATE框架基础上，结合数据库,在Tomcat.0服务器上实现对管理系统所需功能的开发。之所以选择SQL SERVER，是SQL SERVER是一种关系型数据库，它具有很强的数据完整性、可管理性；具有均衡与完备的功能；具有较高的性价比。使用SQL SERVER数据库可以大容量地存储数据，并对数据进行合理的逻辑布局，应用数据库对象可以对数据进行复杂的操作。本系统具备以下几个功能分别是。 (1).任何人员要想进入该办公系统都需要输入正确的用户名和密码。2).系统应该提供功能。 3).系统应该提供功能。 4).系统应该提供基本登记。 5).系统应提供。 6).员工可以进行发布申请功能。 7).领导可以对员工的申请进行审核批示。 8).工作人员可以查询自己的基本信息。 .管理人员可以对系统中的用户账号进行增删查改操作。 10).管理员可以对系统中的员工基本信息进行增删查改操作。 11).系统应该具功能。管理系统JSP, Struts, Hibernate Abstract On Design and Implementation of Web based Office Automation System Due to the increase in the amount of information, computers have become popular, and a variety of advanced technology has been applied to various enterprises. Traditional ways of information exchange already can not meet the enterprises’ needs of the rapid transfer and processing of large amount of information.
