中国中小企业国际贸易融资的问题和对策院系：经济管理学院专业班：国贸0703班姓名：易睿学号：20071311063指导老师：黄颖2011年5月中国中小企业国际贸易融资的问题和对策SMEs in international trade financing problems and countermeasures摘要国际贸易融资是银行对进出口商提供的与进出口贸易结算相关的放款。它可有效地解决企业从事进出口贸易活动所面临的资金短缺，使之在更大范围和更大规模上发展国际贸易。随着金融危机过后，我国已然成为世界第二大经济实体，并成为全球贸易的核心组成部分。而国际贸易融资是为国际贸易服务的，国际贸易的发展要求国际贸易融资不断发展和创新，贸易融资业务已在国际贸易中发挥巨大的作用。国际贸易融资不仅是银行面临的主要课题，也是中小企业有效利用金融资源，提高自身在国际市场上影响力和竞争力的重要因素。因此分析和研究国际贸易融资中所存在的问题，对我国广大中小企业如何正确选择和利用的融资方式，以实现最大的融资效益，有效防范和控制融资风险，提高企业竞争力具有现实意义。基于以上国际贸易融资对于我国中小企业的重要作用，本文着重研究我国中小企业对国际贸易融资方式的应用的问题及对策，通过理论分析，从中小企业国际贸易融资的各个环节流程，分析融资方式现状及存在的问题，总结出我国中小企业存在的融资困境并提出相应的对策措施，以便能更好的促进我国中小企业国际贸易融资难题，提高我国国际贸易竞争力。关键词：国际贸易融资银行中小企业AbstractInternational trade financing is loans provided by banks to impoters and exporters in connection with import and export settlement.It can effectively solve the problem offundsshortage which the enterprises have engaged in import and export activities, whichcan develop international trade.in large scale.After the financial crisis, China has become the world’s second largest economic entity, and become a core component of global trade.The international trade financing services for international trade. International trade requires the development and innovation of international trade finance, which hasplayed an important role in international trade.International trade financing is not only the key issue which the banks have to face, but also the effecive source forSMEs to use financial resources to improve their influence and competitiveness in the international market.Therefore, it’s practical significant to analyze and research on the problems in international trade financing because it helps SMEs in China to properly select the suitable financing way to achieve the maximum financial benefit, and to effectivelyprevent and control financial risks to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.International trade financing is so important to SMEs in China that this paper focuses on the problems and countermeasures of interna
