中央广播电视大学 人才培养模式改革与开放教育试点 毕 业 论 文 题 目：浅 谈 中 小 企 业 融 资 难 问 题 专 业： 金 融 学 分 校： 锦州分校 指导教师： 赵 英 娣 学生姓名： 郝 纪 扬 学 号： 完成日期： 2014年12月 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国中小企业发展迅猛，已成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分，特别是在解决就业和拉动经济增长方面具有不可低估的作用。有关统计材料表明，我国非国有中小企业的数量目前已经超过了1200万家，占全部注册企业数的99%，几乎涵盖了生产、服务领域的各个行业，工业总产值和利税分辨占到了70%和45%，提供新增就业机会占80%以上。中小企业在扩大就业、活跃市场、促进社会稳定和国民经济结构布局等方面起着难以替代的作用。然而，中小企业在发展的同时又深受资金短缺的困扰，融资难成为制约中小企业发展的一个重要因素，对其进行系统的研究具有重大的理论和现实意义。这篇论文以中小企业的融资难及治理对策分析为研究对象，并以此为出发点，以企业融资理论为依据，结合我国中小企业的实际特点，系统地分析了我国中小企业融资中存在的问题，深入探讨了中小企业融资难的原因；通过国际经验与我国中小企业的实际结合，对解决我国中小企业融资难的问题进行建议，强调通过金融性和非金融性的多重机制，从企业、银行、政府三方面改善中小企业融资难的状况，提出相应的解决措施和方案，切实以促进中小企业的发展，从而带动我国国民经济健康、持续发展，实现 “和谐社会”的总体目标。 关键字：中小企业，融资，成因，治理对策ABSTRCT Since the reform and opening up, the medium and small enterprises in China has grown rapidly and become Chinas an important part of the national economy, especially in solving the employment and promoting the economic growth is not underestimate role.
