摘 要 大学生是高校德育活动的重要参与者，也是未来职业人群的重要主体。高校德育活 动的效果也在一定程度上体现在未来职业人群的职业素质当中。指导大学生就业，培养 他们职业生涯中所需要的组织行为能力，应该成为高校德育中有关心理健康教育的重要 内容。同时高校德育以“两课”系列课程为主体的内容结构还存在需要克服的矛盾和系 统的滞后性。本文通过分析组织行为分析理论与德育内容的内在联系，来研究和探索德 育内容结构系统实现创新的有效途径。 本文运用心理学、教育学、管理学的相关理论来研究德育内容结构的构建问题，力 图做到理论与实践相结合。在研究过程中，笔者有针对性地运用了系统分析、矛盾分析、 科学抽象和比较分析等方法。全文共分四个部分： 第～部分：从论证“组织行为素质是人才培养规格不可缺少的要素”这一命题入手， 分析组织行为素质培养的现实意义。 第二部分：从对职业知识教育的分析入手，论证组织行为分析理论是职业素质教育 向职业心理培养这一德育方向的延伸。 第三部分：从分析德育内容的现实构成入手，论证我国高校德育与人才培养规格的 适应性。 第四部分：从分析组织行为分析理论所蕴涵的德育内容元素入手，提出推进我国高 校德育内容结构性创新的具有操作性的建议和设想。 本论文所表述的研究成果能够对克服我国高校德育内容结构系统在运行中所出现 的矛盾提供一定程度上的支持与帮助。对德育内容结构系统的创新具有一定的理论价值 和实践意义。 关键词：组织行为分析：德育内容；创新 Abstract The uni,,ersity students are the important participators of moral action in colleges and universities．They are also the important main body of the future profession crowds．nle university moral education effect also Can be showed in the future professional quality at any rate．In order to guide the university students tO get a job and cultivate their ability of organization in their career ofthe profession in the future，These should become the important substance of psychology healthy education in colleges and university．At the same time，the substance of the“two lessons”in colleges and rmiversity also exist the contradiction which must be overcome the obstruct of the system．The article analyses the organization action and the relations between the moraI education and analytical theory,Through this，it Can research and search the effective way ofmoral education system in order to realize the newideas， This article uses the theory of psychology education and manage subject to study the system of moral substance．It tries to make the theory and practice together．During the study, the writer uses the system analyzing contradictory analyzing science abstract and compare analyzing etc．It includes four parts： Part oriel From proofing organization action quality is the key element of capable people training，analyze the reality meaning oforganizafion ac
