Following the voice of asking for abolition of death penalty higher and higher, this text expounds the death penalty of significance and analyses the reservation and abolition of death penalty six major problems. Besides，this text analyses the way of the reservation and abolition of death penalty about England，the United States of America and Korea，too. Then, we are in progress contrast research and use for reference. There are three reasons to keep death penalty for China in present. First, the conventional culture of death penalty is not accorded with abolition of death penalty. Second, the reservation of death penalty is good at safeguarding sequence of society. Third，the economy of china is not accorded with abolition of death penalty. At last, this author thinking of that the conclusion is right and great necessary to keep death penalty for China in present, but must be limit of death penalty.
