摘 要 调车工作是铁路运输生产的重要组成部分，是实现列车编组计划﹑列车运行图﹑加速车辆周转、完成运输生产任务的重要环节。而中间站调车作业安全一直是铁路运输安全的薄弱环节，存在着诸多问题。中间站主要办理列车通过、会让、越行业务，在较大的中间站同时办理客运、货运业务，这就使中间站不可避免地产生了调车作业，然而由于受到多种因素的限制，中间站调车作业安全始终是一个难题。近年来,干线车流不断增大,对中间站调车作业的影响亦越来越大,因此必须大力加强中间站调车工作组织和安全控制。而且中间站由于距离具有事故起复救援能力的区段站或编组站较远,一旦发生调车事故后,往往因为救援不及时容易造成事故性质升级,并严重干扰运输秩序,影响企业形象。因此,必须全面分析中间站调车事故产生的根源,全方位进行控制,有效遏制调车事故的发生。本文对中间站调车作业的现状、特点、存在的问题进行了论述,并提出了相应的对策。 关键词：调车作业；中间站；问题；对策 Abstract Railway shunting work is an important part of the production, transport the station in a highly technical work, demanding and complex work. The intermediate station shunting operation safety has been the weak link of railway transportation safety, there are many problems.The intermediate station is mainly for the train through, will make more business, in the larger intermediate station at the same time for passenger and freight business, which makes the intermediate station shunting operation is inevitable.However, due to a variety of factors, the intermediate station shunting operation safety is always a difficult problem.In recent years, trunk traffic increases, influence of the intermediate station shunting operation is also more and more big, so we must strengthen the intermediate station shunting work organization and security control.Because of the distance and the intermediate station accident rescue ability with complex section station or marshalling station far away, once a shunting accident, often because the rescue is not seasonable easy to cause the accident of upgrading, and seriously disturbed the transportation order, the impact of corporate image.Therefore, we must make a comprehensive analysis of the intermediate station shunting root caused the accident, control of the whole range, effectively curb the shunting accidents.In this paper, the intermediate station shunting operation status, characteristics and existing problems are discussed, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
