My Favorite Food Potato Morning everyone,the topic of my presentation today is my favourate food---potato.It is so common and cheap that you can find it everywhere on the menu of restaurants and housewifies. If you search it on wikipedia ,you must be surprised that potato has a so huge family. Look at their fancy names,Atlantic ,British Queens,Vitelotte.I really wanne know what they taste and look like. In the meantime,I am also very curious that potato has a so large family but why in the past 23 years that i have lived all i konw is just this kind, amount of which that i have ate is lost account. In recent years,you may find a kind of small potatoes ,about egg size,in some restaurant or supermaket.I cant tell its name,what i know is that it is a kind of early season.It is so fresh that you can easily peel it with your hand.And of cause,it will cost more bucks in your pocket if you wanne enjoy it. Potatoes are so versatile.They are cheap ,and easy to prepare.And there are lots of different ways you can eat them.The easiest way to cook it must be baked potatoes.Just bake them in an oven.Dont peel them,leave their skins on.Baked potatoes are also called jacket potatoes as their skins are like jacket when baked in the oven. You can also take their skins off and roast them in hot oil in an oven to make roast potatoes ,crust of which are golden brown and taste crispy. It is a really funny phenomenon that many warm-hearted guys on the internet upload vedioes teaching you how to cook delicious food like roast beef or dessert like puff.The awkward situation we are in is that most of us dont have ovens equipted in the kitchen. So,here comes the question.We dont have an oven. So,we must envisage the reality.Two easy and feasible way to prepare potatoes yourself are mashed potatoes and potato salad,as you can get ingredient you need easily from the market.Such as mashed potatoes,all you need are severl potatoes,a bag of milk,some salt and pepper.
