And then to the enterprise leaders provide important basis in such aspects as management, decision-making, improve enterprise management, improve enterprise economic benefits. Although internal audit plays an important role in enterprises, but the current many group companies to play a weak awareness of the importance of internal audit, internal audit cant fully play its proper role. This article through to the gemdale studies the current situation of the internal audit activity, combined with the current internal control environment, the comparison of the group in the practice of internal audit is reasonable and inaccurate, the weak link of group internal audit cause analysis, discuss the suggestion to solve the problem.
