便携式车床设计 [摘要]本文提出了加工大型轴类零件与传统车床不同的加工方法，依据此方法设计了一种用于加工大型轴零件新型便携式车床。本文通过对大型轴类零件的分析与传统车床加工方法的对比，提出新的加工方式，解决了普通车床加工轴类零件时受自身加工范围的限制，打破了“加工大型轴类零件用大车床”的理论。本文从整体上进行了便携式车床的概念设计，合理化布局与关键机构的设计计算，特别针对车床的主运动传动链进行了设计，对主运动的各个轴，及轴上的齿轮进行了计算，并进行了轴校核。 本课题提出了大型轴类零件的新的加工方法，降低了加工难度与机床的要求，为大型轴类零件的加工提供了新的有效途径，并未其他大型零件加工提供借鉴。 [关键词] 便携式 车床 机床 便携式车床 便携式机床 Design of Portable Lathe [Abstract]This text sets forth a new processing of large axle parts machining which dissimilate formers, according to this method used for processing,designs a kind of portable lathe which used for processing large axle parts.This text clarifies new process technique ,by anlysing large axle parts and contrasting former process methods,and solves the limint of machine processing scope,breaks theoretics that processing large axle parts must be used large lathe.In this article,we design the conception of the portable lathe and the logical compostion.we calculates transmission chain ,axises and gears.we degrees pertinent axises. In this subject,we clarifies new process of axle parts machine.This process can debase the request machines and provide a new way to machine great axle parts,and supply a referrence to other parts processing.
