电动无针注射器设计 摘 要 无针注射不同于传统的皮下注射，它是一种全新的注射方式，具有痛苦小、药物吸收好、操作方便、消除了交叉感染等诸多优点。我国对无针注射器的研究起步较晚，在技术层面和国外先进水平存在不小差距，目前尚处于研发阶段。本文在分析无针注射器原理及结构的基础上，设计了电磁式无针注射器，主要研究工作如下： 1．对国内外无针注射技术的发展现状进行研究，分析了无针注射的注射机理，运用工程设计学方法分析了无针注射器的结构特点，制定了无针注射器系统结构设计方案。 2．设计的电磁驱动式无针注射器机构，来完成计量可控的给要注射，详细设计了由铁锤、弹簧和电磁铁所组成的撞击系统，以及安瓿头安装装置，机构简单，稳定性强。 3．设计驱动和控制装置，完成交流电变直流和控制电磁铁通断电等功能。 4．根据以上设计，进行了三位建模，验证了设计的可行性，并为样机制作打下基础。 所设计的电动无针注射器，冲击力大，注射效果好，注射计量可控，有很好的商业价值，值得推广应用。 关键词 无针注射器；电磁铁；安瓿头 Design of Electric Syringe Without Needle Abstract Compared to conventional subcutaneous injection, the needle-free injection is a new way, with a painless, drug absorption, easy to operate, eliminating cross-infection and many other advantages. Domestic syringe without a needle of a late start, lagging behind foreign technology, is still in the research and development stage. In this paper, based on the analysis of a syringe without a needle structural characteristics, design the electric syringe without a needle, the main research work are as follows: 1．Needle-free injection technology development status at home and abroad, needle-free injection mechanism, use of engineering science analysis of the structural characteristics of needle syringe, developed a syringe without a needle system structure design. 2．Design of electromagnetic drive type syringe without needle agencies, to complete the measurement control for injection, the detailed design of the hammer, springs and electromagnet impact system, as well as ampoule head installation, simple structure, strong stability. 3．Drive and control device design, complete the ac and dc control electromagnet power tong, and other functions. 4．According to the above design, the three modeling, verify the feasibility of the design, prototype production and to lay the foundation. The designed electric syringe without needle, huge impact, injection effect is good, the injection metering control, have good commercial value, worthy of popularization and application.
