公司管理人力资源论文中小企业绩效考核问题研究_毕业设计
内容摘要
中小型企业在改革与发展过程中,为了提高自己的竞争能力和适应能力,都在努力探索如何才能建立有效的绩效评价和绩效界定的绩效考核体系,加强绩效管理。员工绩效考核是企业管理的中心环节,是推动企业成长的动力,没有完善的员工绩效考核,企业的发展战略就无法落实到具体的工作目标之中。而且,没有完善的员工绩效考核体系,也无法确保员工的努力方向与企业目标保持一致。建立与实施有效的员工绩效考核体系是现代中小型企业的必然选择。本文通过对中小型企业绩效考核现状和问题的分析,以管理学为视角,结合现代企业管理理念,旨在引导企业与员工进行正确的绩效考核实践,最大程度地激发员工的工作积极性,真正提高企业的运营效率,针对中小型企业绩效考核的问题,以中国新兴建设开发总公司道桥公司为例,提出改进建议和方案。

Abstract
In the development and innovation of the small- and medium-sized enterprises, In order to improve their competitiveness and adaptability, They working hard to explore how to establish an effective performance evaluation and defined performance appraisal system performance to strengthening performance management. Conduct the operator performance evaluation is the central link in enterprise management, is also the driving force to promote business growth. If there have not a perfect employee performance appraisal, then the enterprise development strategies can not be assigned to specific objectives of the work. Moreover, the lack of a sound performance appraisal system also can not ensure that the efforts of staff direction and business goals. Establish and implement effective employee performance appraisal system is the inevitable choice for the modern small- and medium-sized enterprises. This paper based on the analysis of current situation and problems of the small- and medium-sized enterprises performance Assessment, and with manage on the View also combine modern enterprise management concepts. To guide the enterprise and its employees how to make the correct practice of performance appraisal, in order to maximize inspire staff enthusiasm and really improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. According to the problem of performance appraisal in the small- and medium-sized enterprises, I make the Roads New Construction and Development Corporation of China Company as an example to recommend improvements and programs.
