Child marriages were common throughout history for a variety of reasons, including poverty, insecurity, as well as for political and financial reasons. In India, child brides usually get married with the man for paying to the debt and resolving the family disputes. To some families, the girls are just the goods. Harm The child brides are more risky when give birth to the baby. And the babies are easier to die. Most of the child brides is the victims of the family violence and the sexual abuse. Though many governments have the law that legal age of marriage at the age of 18 or above. But the custom is more powerful. The law cannot protect the child brides.
