对我国高校秘书专业“教”与“学”的探究 文学院 汉语言文学（秘书学）专业 2011级 李耀 摘 要：我国一些高校秘书专业所培养出的秘书人才与社会的需求出现不相适应的状况，其中既存在高校秘书专业教学的问题，也存在秘书专业学生的问题。笔者结合教育学，秘书学等学科知识，探究我国高校秘书专业“教”与“学”中的问题，并提出相应的建议。 关键词：高等院校；秘书教育；教与学 Abstract：Many talented secretaries trained by the secretarial profession in high education are not in accordance with the need of society. There are a lot of reasons resulting in this phenomenon, including the problems in the teaching of the secretarial specialty and the problems of secretary major students. The author combines with pedagogy, Secretarial science and other subjects to explore the problems exis
