And it is one of most important machinery equipment. It already applied in many production departments of the national economy. With the development of economy, punch press has been already having a very big change in itself, and it already developed from the sole mechanical press to many other kinds of presses, includes the numerical control, the hydraulic pressure. This design is the mechanical press, and I mainly design the press implementing agency and the transmission system in this paper. In the transmission system aspect, the machine has mainly used the belt pulley and the gear transmission, that is to say, two levels of reduction transmission, and the key difficulty is the flywheel storing energy computation. But execution agency is mainly uses the Virtual Simulation technology and the movement analysis can be carrying out by it. The press designed in this paper is a conventional machine, and use widely in SMES.
