毕业设计（论文） PLC在混凝土搅拌机中的应用 学生姓名 系（部） 专 业 指导教师 年 月 日摘 要 随着信息化产业的高速发展，plc在数控系统的功能日趋完善，数控系统已经完全取代了普通系统，而数控技术是机械加工自动化的基础，是数控系统的刻心技术，其水平高低关系到国家战略地位和体现国家综合实力的水平。今后数控技术又将向着高进化，高速化，高效化，系统化，自动化，智能化，集体化方向发展，并注重工艺适用性和经济性。 由于混泥土搅拌机中的电气控制系统存在线路复杂、故障率高、维护工作量大、可靠性低、灵活性差等缺点,本文提出了用PLC对混泥土搅拌机的继电器接触式模拟控制系统进行技术改造,从而保证了电控系统的快速性、准确性、合理性,更好地满足了实际生产的需要,提高了经济效益。 本文在分析混泥土搅拌机的技术特性及工作循环流程的基础上,给出应用ES系列可编程序控制器对其进行技术改造的系统设计方案。对系统的硬件组成和软件设计作了阐述。 关键词：自动控制：自能调度：PLC：实时监控。 Abstract Along with the rapid development of information industry, and the function of PLC in nc machine, CNC machine has completely replace the ordinary, nc machining automation technology is based, CNC carving is the technology, its level related to national strategic status and embodies the level of national comprehensive strength. In numerical control technology and high efficiency, and to GaoJinHua, systematic, automation, intelligent, collectivization orientation, and to develop process applicability and efficiency. Due to the existence of the electrical control system of mixer line complex, high failure, maintenance, low reliability and flexibility, this paper puts forward the shortcomings in the blender with PLC control system, the relay contact simulation technological innovation, so as to ensure the accuracy and speed control system, rationality, and better meet the needs of practical production, increase the economic benefit. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the technology and mixing process cycle, on the basis of given ES series programmable controller to the technical renovation of system design scheme. On the system hardware and software design were expounded.
