前 言 毕业设计是高校教学中最后一个环节，它是在学生学习了一系列专业基础课程和专业课程，并且在实习、实践基础上，利用自己所学知识，结合生产实际，在老师指导、帮助下，自行设计与解决实际问题的过程。它是学生四年大学课程的一次全面总结和综合利用，通过毕业设计不仅可以巩固所学的专业知识，而且可接触实际，发现不足，开拓视野，在实践中检验和丰富所学知识，增强分析和解决问题能力，因此它是非常重要的一个环节。 随着社会主义建设与改革开放的深入，与在当前市场经济条件下激烈的竞争，一切企业必须进行深刻改革与创新，更对我们工程技术人员提出了严峻要求，我们不仅要有专业技术方面的能力，更要有经济头脑，我们所设计与提供的产品，将是更为轻巧、灵便、美观、经济的，所以我们在设计中要大胆革新，换新见解、新方案，紧密联系所学知识，向最优秀化靠近。 由于设计者水平、时间、资料有限，设计中错误在所难免，恳请各位老师指导。 摘 要 本次毕业设计以SGZ1000/1400刮板输送机为设计对象，主要设计有牵引部主要参数的确定；传动系统的设计；以及刮板链的强度校核、减速器内部传动系统的设计（包括齿轮设计和校核、轴的设计和校核等等）和箱体及其附属结构的设计。减速器设计中，首先计算出总传动比，然后进行合理分配，确定是几级；其次计算出各轴的转速和转矩，在设计确定出各轴的材料及其他参数，最后进行校合。 通过本次毕业设计，我发现我在大学四年里所学的知识有了更进一步的巩固与提高，不仅表现在分析和解决问题的能力方面，同时在理论联系实际的过程中我也变得更加纯熟，不再那么缺乏自信。 这次毕业设计是对我大学四年所学知识的一次全面的考察和检验。通过这次毕业设计，我受益良多。我不仅能够更加熟练的将自己所学的知识尽情的发挥和表达，同时也增强了我的社会交际能力，它使我学会怎样去和他人沟通和交流，怎样和同学们一起合作，怎样去发挥团队作用。这次毕业设计教会我很多，它将会使我受益终生。 关键词：刮板输送机；减速器；齿轮；刮板链；  Abstract This graduation project take the SGZ1000/1400 scraper conveyer as the design object, the main design has the hauling department main parameter determination; Transmission system design; As well as scraper chain intensity examination, as well as reduction gear interior transmission system design (including gear design and examination, axis design and examination and so on) and box body and accessory structure design.In the reduction gear design, first calculates the overall ratio, then carries on the rational distribution, the determination is several levels; Next calculates various axes the rotational speed and the torque, determined in the design various axes the material and other parameters, finally carry on correct. Through this graduation project, I discovered I the knowledge which studies in the university four years had further consolidating with the enhancement, not only displays in analyzes and solves the question ability aspect, simultaneously I also becomes in the apply theory to reality process more skillful, no longer that lacks self-confidently.
