PAGE   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 49 摘要 本次设计零件名称为汽车覆盖件侧围前连接板，从工艺性分析开始，设计的基本思路是根据工艺要求来确定的。在分析冲压变形过程以及冲压件质量影响因素的基础上，经过方案比较，选择一套复合模和两套单工序模来作为该零件生产模具设计的工艺方案。然后设计模具的工作部分，即凸、凸凹模及凹模的设计。包括典型零件的工艺分析、工艺方案制订、冲压工艺计算、冲模设计。 设计过程中涉及到冲压工艺性分析与工艺方案制定、排样设计、冲压件质量及影响因素、冲压力、间隙确定、刃口尺寸计算原则和方法、冲压典型结构、零部件设计及模具标准应用、冲模设计方法与步骤等。根据模具的装配原则，完成模具的装配，装配模具试冲通过试冲可以发现模具设计和制造的不足，并找出原因给予纠正，并对模具进行适当的调整和修理， 使本冲压模设计完全能生产出合格的零件。 关键词：汽车覆盖件 模具 工艺方案 The Design of Punching Die for Brake Accessory Abstract：The design part name for automobile panel side of front connection plate,starting from the technical analysis, the design of the basic idea is according to the technical requirements to determine. According to the principle of die assembly,complete mold assembly, assembly die stamping deficiencies can be found bystamping die design and manufacturing, and find out why to correct, and themold to make the appropriate adjustments and repairs, the stamping diedesign can produce qualified parts.
