┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 毕业设计（论文）报告纸 共 页 第 页 二 ○ 一 六 届 毕 业 设 计 轮胎压路机自动充气系统的设计 学 院：工程机械学院 专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化 姓 名：杨拓 学 号：201225040531 指导教师：陈 疆 完成时间：二〇一六年 月 共 页 第 页 摘 要 压路机是道路施工中不可缺少的压实设备，其中轮胎压路机应用最为广泛。然而，轮胎压路机轮胎内的气压会在工作一段时间后下降从而导致压路机的接地比压发生变化。因此，在压实过程中，轮胎内的气压需要及时调整。设计开发轮胎压路机自动充气系统可以有效解决轮胎压路机自动充气问题，确保轮胎压路机的接地比压维持在合理的范围之内。 本设计首先阐述了轮胎压路机自动充气系统的原理同时选择了充气装置元件；接着介绍了目前轮胎压力监测系统的分类,比较了不同类型轮胎压力监测系统的优点和缺点,并且阐述了各种类型轮胎气压检测系统的工作原理；说明了轮胎气压检测系统中所使用的元器件的选用标准以及几种元器件的性能,并且比较了它们之间的优点和缺点,最后从中进行选择,给出了一种基于MSP430单片机的轮胎气压检测系统的元器件选用方案。根据设计方案,完成了轮胎气压检测系统的硬件设计和软件设计。 关键词：轮胎压路机 自动充气系统 传感器 采集 接收 ABSTRACT Road roller is indispensable compaction equipment in road construction. Especially,pneumatic tyre roller is applied most widely.However,the pressure in the tyre roller tires will gradually reduce after working a period of time,which could change the ground pressure.Therefore,in the compaction process,the pressure needs to adjust in timely.Design tyre roller automatic charging system can effectively solve the problem of tire roller,to ensure that the pressure maintains in a reasonable range. Firstly this design expounded the principle of the pneumatic tyre roller automatic charging system and choose the aeration device components.Then, the paper introduced the classification of the tire pressure monitoring system and expounded the working principle of various types of tire pressure detection system.Next,it illustrated the components which was used in the tire pressure detection system and compared the advantages and disadvantages between them,from which to choose.Lastly,we elect a tire pressure detection system based on MSP430 single chip components selection scheme.According to the design, we finished the hardware design and software design.
