I don’t know if you can understand the content totally, but I try my best to make you know what I want to express. I hope this passage can give you some help living in China , especially eating in China. In China , there are four famous cuisines: Sichuan cuisine, Guangdong cuisine, Shandong cuisine and Chaozhou cuisine. In our restaurant , the one near your school, the kitchens are good at Sichuan cuisine . These are you often point of several courses Scrambled egg with tomato (番茄炒蛋【fan qie chao dan】) Stewed eggplant (油焖茄子【you men qie zi】) dry fried string beans (干煸四季豆【gan bian si ji dou】) Sautéed Potato, Green Pepper and Eggplant (地三鲜 【di san xian】) Chili and sour potato(酸辣土豆丝【suan la tu dou si】) Now , I’d like to introduce to you a few more food. In our restaurant , the specialty is Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage and Chili Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage and Chili (酸菜鱼【suan cai yu】) Then , our chefs also good at Braised Chicken with Potato and Green Pepper Braised Chicken with Potato and Green Pepper (大盘鸡【da pan ji】) Of course , there are too many other courses ,I will name a few. Barrel fattened (木桶肥牛【mu tong fei niu】) Sauted Chinese Greens with Mushrooms (香菇青菜【xiang gu qing cai】) Corn pancake(玉米烙【yu mi lao】) spring roll (春卷【chun juan】) Pumpkin pie (南瓜饼【nan gua bing】) Boiled Glutinous Rice Balls in Fermented Glutinous Rice (酒酿园子【jiu niang yuan zi】) Egg drop soup with laver (紫菜蛋汤【zi cai dan tang】) Now ,I sit in front of the computer ,I can not remember the menu ,only these , I hope you can understand and give you some help .
