 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 摘 要 随着社会科技水平的不断发展，照明产品成为了人们不可缺少的物质基础，并且在人们生活中有着不可替代的作用。照明产品质量检测技术中的老化测试在照明产业中显得至关重要。老化测试的目的在于预测产品的使用寿命。老化测试在多方面有着重要的意义，比如首先它可以给生产商测量评估产品耐用性的好坏并且为生产商预测最佳的生产产量从而生产商可以对产品进行进一步系统优化分析；其次，它提高了用户使用的安全性、可靠性而且也合理的利用资源和节约能源；最后老化测试可以更好地解决人民生活中的照明问题等等。本文介绍了交流稳压电源设计方案；老化实验控制设计方案；老化实验台结构设计方案；完成了220V单相交流稳压电源的设计。目前照明产品质量检测设备交流稳压多通过调压方式实现，需要人工手动调节，同时照明产品在测试过程中自动化水平低。本文的老化检测设备实现了稳压方式自动化调节，定时切断功能，自动记录产品数据信息，使检测效率大大提高。 关键字：照明产品 质量检测 老化测试 交流电源  ABSTRACT With the development of social science and technology, lighting products has become an indispensable material basis and it has played an irreplaceable act in daily life. The aging test in the detection technology of lighting products quality is very important in the lighting industry. The purpose of aging testing is to predict the service life of the products. Aging test has a great significance in many aspects, firstly, for producers to evaluate the durability of a product whether is good or bad and predict optimal production so that they make a system analysis. Secondly, it can also improve the safety and reliability of the users, what’s more, it can save resources and energy, at last the aging test can optimize the illumination problems in peoples life, etc. This paper mainly introduces some solutions, including the way of designing AC regulated power supply and the control of aging experimental, the structure design of aging test bench and the design of 220V single phase AC regulated power supply. As we all know, the quality inspection equipment of lighting products is regulated by voltage regulation mode, meanwhile the manual adjustment was needed. However, the degree of automation is low during the testing process. The aging detection device in this paper realizes the automatic regulation of the voltage regulation mode, the function of timing cut-off, the automatic recording of the products’ data information, and the detection efficiency is greatly improved.
