摘要自2006年首届中国大学生排球联赛举办以来，大学生们从情绪高昂到逐渐失去兴趣，甚至心灰意冷，一个重要的原因是参加CUVA的队员大都是身高男在1.85米左右，女在1.75米左右的专业运动员或者是高水平运动员。绝大多数普通身高的大学生根本就没有机会参加比赛。当大学生们发现即使自己再努力，而身高不能出类拔萃就根本没有机会参加所谓的中国大学生排球联赛，于是逐渐对这项比赛失去兴趣，甚至对排球运动失去兴趣。如此下去不但不利于联赛的可持续发展，更不利于排球项目的发展。联赛在承担了发展竞技排球运动重担的同时，不能忽视发展高校的群众排球运动。如果没有良好的群众基础，竞技排球水平的提高将会后继乏力。本文运用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对举办限高CUVA的必要性及可行性进行深入系统的研究，研究的结论如下：CUVA的参赛队员大多数是身高男在1.85米以上，女在1.75米以上的专业运动员或者是高水平运动员，普通大学生没有机会参加。许多大学生还不知道已经举办过三届联赛的CUVA，并且联赛获得的商家赞助也逐年降低。为了普及排球运动，为了联赛的可持续发展，应该推出绝大多数普通大学生能够参加的限高CUVA。目前联赛酝酿打造第三组竞赛平台——普通组比赛，使限高CUVA成为可能，而身高测量的难题也从限高篮球实行的“六靠一平视”身高测量法获得了答案。限高CUVA的推出将是对CUVA不错的补充，两者间是互相补充并且将取得1+1远远大于2的效果。关键词:限高CUVA；身高；CUVAABSTRACTSince 2006, Chinas first volleyball league held, the college students from the emotional to the gradual loss of interest, or even discouraged, an important reason for participating in CUVA players are mostly men and at 1.85 meters tall, female 1.75 meters professional athletes or high-level athletes.
