TSENGMassachusetts Institute of Technologyfor the CDF CollaborationWe present a measurement of the time-dependent asymmetry in the rate for B0 versus B0 decays to J= K0S . The data sampleconsists of 198  17 B0=B0 decays collected by the CDF detector in pp collisions at the Fermilab Tevatron, where the initial b avor has been determined by a same-side avor tagging technique.
