Fault Tree Software 1 Computerised Fault Tree Analysis 1. Tutorial The Fault Tree+ 11.2 program allows fault tree and event tree analyses to be performed in an integrated environment. The program may also be used to analyse fault or event trees independently. Starting the program The program can be started by selecting the Fault Tree+ 11.2 icon. Now try to do the following: Check the program functions from the pull-down menus situated across the top of the Fault Tree+ 11.2 window using the left button of the mouse.
