The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Notes to Self-financed Undergraduate / Taught Postgraduate Overseas/Non-local Admittees Tuition Fee Payment If you are now staying overseas and cannot settle the tuition fee in Hong Kong, you can do so by sending us a bank draft in Hong Kong currency in favour of “The Hong Kong Polytechnic University”. For identification, please mark your full name and the debit note number at its back. Student Visa Application for Non-local Students If you require a student visa to study in Hong Kong (see note below), you will be considered a non- local student. Please fill in the attached forms for student visa application and return them to us. When non-local students possess only visitor or tourist visas, we can neither register them as students nor allow them to commence study until a student visa is obtained.
