In the model, the logistics enterprises were divided into six groups, including transportation type, warehouse type, distribution type, agent type, express type and integration type ，也εir characteristics were summarized. Using the model, five logistics enterprises are classified effectively, the classifying result is right, it accords with the real classifying object, the model is feasible. 5
