机场沥青混凝土道面预防性养护技术 摘要：以国内外相关研究成果为基础，对机场沥青混凝土道面预防性养护技术进行了全面研究。通过研究，筛选了适用于机场沥青混凝土道面的预养护措施；以道面性能状况和预养护费用效益为依据，建立了确定道面最佳预养护时机的方法；以效益面积为衡量指标，建立了评价预养护费用效益的计算方法及公式；给出了评价雾封层材料性能的6大指标。 关键词：机场；沥青混凝土道面；预防性养护；最佳养护时机；费用效益；雾封层 中图分类号： u 8文献标识码：a technology of preventive maintenance for airport asphalt pavement liu song1， yuan jie2 (1 shanghai east china airport construction supervision ltd, shanghai 200335 2 key laboratory of road and traffic engineering of the ministry of education, tongji university, shanghai 200092 ) abstract: based on the domestic and foreign research results, doing a comprehensive study on the technology of preventive maintenance for airport asphalt pavement. through research, filtrates suitable preventive maintenance measures for airport asphalt pavement; according to pavement performance condition and preventive maintenance cost-benefit, establishes a method to determine the optimal timing of preventive maintenance; taking benefit area as scale target, establishes an evaluation method and expressions tocalculate the cost-benefit for preventive maintenance; shows six index to evaluation the fog seal material properties. key words: airport；asphalt pavement； preventive maintenance； optimal timing of maintenance； cost-benefit； fog seal 0前言 沥青混凝土道面具有平整、抗滑、舒适、对飞机震动小等优良的表面使用性能，以及具有可以机械化施工、施工工期短、养护方便等优点，是目前机场道面最主要的道面结构形式。根据国际民航组织1998年公布的数据，其147个成员国的1038个机场中，沥青混凝土跑道占了62.6%[1]；欧洲沥青路面协会也于2003年对欧美机场进行了统计，其中全柔性的沥青混凝土道面占到了62.4%[2]。我国早先由于机场沥青混凝土道面设计方法并不完善，机场道面主要采用的是水泥混凝土道面，但随着设计方法的逐渐成熟，沥青混凝土道面在我国的应用越来越广泛，最为突出的代表就是昆明新机场新建的4f等级跑道即采用的沥青混凝土道面。 沥青混凝土道面早期的使用性能非常好，但通常在使用寿命中后期，道面会出现大量损坏，道面使用性能会急剧下滑。国内外研究及工程应用经验表明，要维持沥青混凝土道面使用性能，对道面采取的改善措施越晚，所需要的成本就越高，如图1所示。 图1 道面性能、时间及维护成本的关系 因此，为了维持道面具有较高的使用性能，同时也为了减少维护费用，对于沥青混凝土道面的维护提倡适时采用预防性养护措施。道面预防性养护（pavement preventive maintenance，简称ppm）是指在道面状况尚良好，未出现明显损坏或出现轻微损坏时，对道面实施费用效益良好的维护措施，以达到延缓道面损坏、保持或改善道面使用性能、延长道面使用寿命、减少道面寿命周期养护费用的目的。 1国内外研究现状 1999年美国aashto对美国50个州、哥伦比亚、波多黎各和加拿大6个省的公路部门进行了预养护计划和预养护技术大调查。返回调查表的41家公路部门中，其中36家（85%）已经建立了路面预养护计划，有2家正在建立，所
