How to inspect the Bra?如何检查文胸？;Outline;Category of Bra Cup文胸罩杯分类;Key Points During Bra Inspection 检验文胸注意事项;Steel wire should keep in proper length. If short more than 0.5cm, it should be a fault. See picture as steel wire is too short. 钢丝圈不能外露，钢丝长度要合理，若短于0.5cm，即认为是疵点；如图所示为钢丝太短。;2. Product Function Cup shape, size, depth should fit for body 2. 产品功能性 罩杯形状，大小，深度要符合人体; As we can see in above pictures. Picture A got curved on cup seam, so it fit good; Picture B is too straight on cup seam, so it fit bad. 如上图所示，A图中的罩杯接缝线有一定曲线，所以罩杯fitting较好；而B图中的罩杯接缝线太直，所以罩杯没有弧度。; In below picture, left cup is too shallow, right cup is proper, and cup depth should be at least 4cm. 下图中，左手罩杯深度太浅，右手罩杯深度合适。罩杯深度???少要大于4cm。;Should pay attention on the size, color, quality of accessory, including elastic and fastness of strap. 注意检查附件的规格，颜色，质量，包括松紧带的弹性，牢度。 ;Inner sponge should in right size. Please also pay attention on the thickness of sponge.It should be same with confirmed sample. Below picture show that inner sponge is much small than cup 内衬海绵大小需适中，检查时要注意海绵的厚度要同确认的一致。图为内衬海绵比罩杯小许多 ;3. Product Appearance Clear all thread ends. Below picture shows that fixed stitch didn’t be removed. 3. 产品美观性 线头要清理干净，下图为多余的固定线没有去除;Stitch should be even. Left picture shows raw edge, right picture shows inner turned over at bottom. 车线止口要均匀。左图为毛边，右图为管槽底部内衬条外露 ;Accessory should match the color and have good appearance. Below picture shows the flower at CF is too lose and not at center, the color of thread is also not matched. 小饰品要配色，外观要好。下图为前中小花松散，不居中；有异色线。 ;4. Bra band should in good resilience, it cannot wave at bottom. 4. 文胸穿后底边回弹性须好，底边不能还口。;5. Flute between cups should be same with confirmed sample. 5. 罩杯间的凹槽须与确认样一致. ;6.
