PAGE  毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目：大唐淮北发电厂激励机制研究院 系：经济管理学院专 业：工商管理班 级：学生姓名：学 号：指导教师： 摘要 管理的核心问题是激励问题，而激励问题同样也是管理层在实践中经常面临的实际问题。激励的最终目的在于发挥人的潜能，领导者担任着员工激励的责任，因此管理工作的核心任务之一就是要了解，预测及控制一个人，在什么时候可能进行什么动作，同时要了解什么动机或需求能在某一特定时间唤起某个动作。因为人的活动就是满足各种需求实现某种动机的活动。因此，激励就是研究人的行为的发生，发展及其变化的规律，就是研究人的需求与动机。而研究人的需求的直接目的???是寻找激励人，调动人的工作积极性的规律，最终目的是使人按照一定的组织目标去行动。因此如何调动人工作的积极性，激发他们的工作动机，不仅是一个理论问题，也是一个实践问题。 基于以上原因，本文首先对相关的激励理论进行了较为系统的梳理；其次，再通过问卷调查和深度访谈的方式获得了大唐淮北发电厂管理层和基层员工关于一些激励问题满意度的最新数据；再次，根据获得的数据对大唐淮北发电厂现存的激励现状进行分析，并对比管理层和基层员工对同一激励问题看法的不同；最后，在对激励理论理解的基础上结合大唐淮北发电厂的激励现状就员工的激励因素研究进行了总结探讨，紧接着提出一些改进措施，其目的在于调动员工工作的积极性，为企业进一步的发展壮大扫除障碍。 关键词：员工激励；管理层；基层员工；组织文化 Abstract Encourage is management of the core contents is also a management layer the actual problem that usually faces in the fulfillment.The purpose of encouraging lies in potential that develops a person, the leader serves as the employee encourages of responsibility, therefore one of the important tasks of managing is to want to understand, estimate and control a person, is when maying carry on what action, want to understand in the meantime what motive or need can at some a particular time arouse a certain action.Because the persons activity is the activity that satisfies a certain need the realization a certain motive.Therefore, encouraging the activity is the occurrence of the research persons behavior, regulation development and its variety, is the need and motive that studies a person.But research person of demanding of direct purpose be, look for to encourage a person, adjust the regulation of moving work aggressive, the end purpose makes the person act according to the certain organization target.Consequently how transfer the aggressive that the artificial makes, stir up their work motives, isnt only a theories problem but also one to practice a problem.
