沈阳工学院毕业设计说明书 沈阳工学院毕业设计说明书 沈阳工学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 后盖注射模具设计 系 别 机械与运载学院 专 业 材料成型及控制工程 学生姓名 富裕 指导教师 李雅 提交日期 2014年4月22日  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是后盖塑模具设计，该塑件采用ABS为材料。首先对所要设计的产品进行工艺的分析与计算；然后在分析计算的基础上确定成型工艺方案，为一模两腔，推杆推出，单分型面，对注塑模具的主要零部件尤其是成型零部件的尺寸进行设计与计算；再次对注塑产品提出了基本的设计原则，详细介绍了塑件成型工艺设计，注射机的选择，浇注系统的的设计，成型零件的结构设计，脱模推出机构的设计，冷却系统的设计的??程；最后对标准模架的选择也作了相应的介绍。通过本次设计，使我掌握了注塑模具设计的全过程，同时也提高了运用CAXA绘制复杂装配图的能力。 关键词：注塑模；分型面；模具设计；注射机 Abstract The topic of this graduation design is a lamp tube injection mold design. First of all to design by analysis and calculation of product process, the plastic parts with ABS for materials, and then on the basis of the analysis and calculation to determine the molding process, as one module and two cavities, push rod, the side gate, single parting surface, for the main injection mold parts, especially the size of the molding parts to carry on the design and calculation. The design of injection molding products put forward the basic principles; Introduced the plastic forming process design, the choice of injection machine, gating system design, the structural design of molding parts, demoulding mechanism of the launch, the process of the design of the cooling system. And the selection of standard mould base is introduced accordingly. Through this design, I control the whole process of the injection mould design, but also improves the ability to use CAXA drawing complex assembly drawing.
