PAGE  PAGE 31 论现代秘书人员的形象美 摘要：社会主义市场经济深入发展，社会分工进一步加剧，秘书作为一种职业越来越显现其重要性。秘书人员是组织对外的“窗口”， 其形象代表着秘书队伍的群体形象，代表着组织的整体形象。秘书形象恰当与否在很大程度上决定着组织的成败。现代秘书人员形象美既是个体的形象美，也是组织的形象美。它包括三个层次：第一层是相貌、衣着和打扮；第二层是举止、表情和言谈；第三层是知识文化、能力素质和道德修养。美丽的容貌、整洁得体的着装、协调高雅的化妆等，是秘书的外在美；秘书端庄大方、文质彬彬、幽默风趣的谈吐等，是举止美；博学多识、精名强干等，是秘书的知识美；无私奉献是秘书的人格美。第一层和第二层主要是对秘书形象外在美的要求，而第三层则是对秘书形象内在美的要求。现代秘书形象美是外在形象和内在形象综合的美。 关键词：秘书；形象；美 Abstract：With the deepening development of socialist market economy and the further intensification of social division of labour,the secretary profession appears increasingly important.Secretaries are the windows though which organizations show themselves to the outside world.Their images stand for the group image of the secretary profession and the whole image of organizations. The success of organizations largely depends on whether the secretary images of organizations are appropriate or not. Image beauty of modern secretaries symbolizes not only the image beauty of individuals but also that of organizations. It includes three levels: the first level refers to appearance ,dress and makeup with the second level referring to behaviour,expression and the way one speaks or what he says and the third one knowledge ,capability and moral cultivation. The external beauty of secretaries is composed of nice looking,clean ,tidy and appropriate dress and proper and elegant dressing. Their demeanour beauty means being elegant,gentle and humorous. Their personality beauty lies in unselfish dedication.Their beauty also attributes to their erudition,intelligence and capabilities. While the first and second levels mainly focus on the external beauty of secretary image,the third level are requirements about the internal beauty. The modern secretary image is the integrated beauty of the external and internal image beauty. Key words：secretary; image; beauty 绪 论 随着社会主义市场经济深入发展，社会分工进一步加剧，秘书作为一种职业越来越显现其重要性。据统计，我国目前从事秘书职业的人员大约2300万人，秘书职位也从传统的行政职位进入到商业、私人服务领域。现代秘书人员形象美在这种背景下逐渐成为社会关注的话题。众所周知，秘书作为组织对外的“窗口”，其
